Job Details: Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable function for 3 branches:2 motor dealerships and motor factors. Processing all invoices onto our computer system. Passing invoices for payment.Reconciliation to creditor statement.Monthly creditor payment runs.Process daily lodgements. Maintaining daily excel working files. Liaising with debtors, suppliers and auditors.Support of internal controls & procedures.
